Do I need an appointment?

An appointment is the best way to be sure someone is available to give your matter full attention. You are welcome to call or email first with a general question, and the office will tell you whether an appointment is needed. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed, so please contact us before coming in.

What should I bring to the office?

Bring valid government-issued identification, any existing documents related to your matter, and the case number if a court case is already open. It helps to have names, dates and contact information written down before you arrive. The exact items depend on the documents you are requesting, and the office will let you know if anything else is needed.

May I send existing court documents before my appointment?

Yes, and it often makes the appointment more productive. Please contact the office first so we can agree on a secure way for you to send them. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank information or detailed financial records through the message form on this page.

Does submitting the form create an attorney-client relationship?

No. AZ Diamond Docs is a Certified Legal Document Preparer practice, not a law firm, so contacting the office does not create an attorney-client relationship. Sending a message also does not begin document preparation. Work starts only after we have spoken and you have directed the office to prepare specific documents.

Does AZ Diamond Docs provide legal advice?

No. I prepare documents at your direction and provide general procedural information about signing, making copies and filing. I cannot recommend a legal strategy, choose a remedy for you or represent you in court. If your matter requires legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney.
