A MESSAGE FROM MICHELLE

Why I Created AZ Diamond Docs

People often need document preparation during major life transitions—whether it’s a change in the family, planning for the future, or dealing with a past record. During these times, legal forms and filing procedures can feel overwhelming and complicated.

I created AZ Diamond Docs because I wanted clients to have a place where they feel heard, respected and supported. My office focuses on organization, accuracy, and clear communication, taking the confusion out of the paperwork.

I give every matter careful personal attention. It is important to me that my clients fully understand the document preparation process and know what to expect. At my practice, I treat clients like people rather than case numbers.

When you walk into our office, I want you to know that you will be treated with patience, respect and genuine care.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about how a Certified Legal Document Preparer practice works.

Is AZ Diamond Docs a law firm?
No. AZ Diamond Docs is a Certified Legal Document Preparer practice, not a law firm, and I am not an attorney. I prepare documents at your direction and provide general procedural information about what happens next. Working with my office does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Does AZ Diamond Docs provide legal advice?
No. I cannot tell you which legal option to choose, recommend a strategy or predict how a court will decide your matter. What I can do is organize the information you supply, prepare the documents you request and explain the administrative steps that follow. If your matter requires legal advice, please consult a licensed attorney.
What does a Certified Legal Document Preparer do?
A Certified Legal Document Preparer prepares legal documents at a client’s direction, without the supervision of an attorney. In practice that means I organize the information you provide, complete the appropriate forms and supporting documents, review them for completeness, and explain the procedural steps for signing, copying or filing. I do not select legal remedies, represent clients or appear in court.
What types of documents does the office prepare?
I prepare family and children documents such as divorce, legal separation, parenting time, legal decision-making and guardianship paperwork. I also prepare criminal record relief documents, including set-aside requests, record sealing and restoration of civil rights, along with business and other documents such as trade names, eviction documents, court documents and notary services. If you are not sure whether a document is something I prepare, call the office and ask.
Does AZ Diamond Docs represent clients in court?
No. I cannot represent you, speak for you at a hearing or act as your attorney. My role is to prepare the documents you direct me to prepare and to explain the procedural next steps. A client who needs representation should consult a licensed attorney.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Call the office at (520) 528-0376, email info@azdiamonddocs.com, or send a request from the Schedule Appointment page. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and evening or weekend appointments are available by request. Tell me briefly what you need and I will confirm a time.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring valid government-issued identification, any existing documents related to your matter, and the case number if a court case is already open. It also helps to have names, dates and contact information written down before you arrive. The exact items depend on the documents you are requesting, and the office will let you know if anything else is needed.
Where is the office located?
The office is at 700 N. Country Club Rd., Suite 110, Tucson, AZ 85716. It is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with evening and weekend appointments by request. Please call ahead so I can set aside time for you.
How much does document preparation cost?
Preparation prices are listed by service on the Pricing page, so you can review the cost before any work begins. The listed price covers document preparation only. Court filing fees, service charges, postage and other third-party costs are separate, and I will point out which ones apply to your matter.
Are court filing fees included?
No. Court filing fees are set by the court and are paid separately from the document preparation price. I will tell you which fees apply to your matter so you can plan for them before your documents are filed.
