6. Court and agency decisions

Courts and government agencies control filing acceptance, hearing schedules, procedural requirements and final decisions. Document preparation does not guarantee that a filing will be accepted or that a requested outcome will be granted.

7. Changing forms and procedures

Court forms, agency requirements, fees and procedures may change. Clients should confirm current filing requirements with the appropriate court or government agency.

8. When an attorney may be needed

A client may choose to consult a licensed attorney when the client needs:
